How the appointment actually runs.
- 1. Setting Up
A gown and towels go down, and your stylist protects the area around you.
- 2. Patch Test & Consultation
Skin is patch-tested before the first service, and the shade confirmed with you.
- 3. Applying the Colour
Mixed fresh and worked through in sections so the coverage is even.
- 4. Developing & Rinsing
Left for its time, rinsed out thoroughly, then a conditioner to close the cuticle.

- Washing your hair for a couple of days, so the colour settles
- Sulphate-heavy shampoo, which strips colour faster

- Strong sun on freshly coloured hair without a scarf or hat
