How the appointment actually runs.

Towels go down and your stylist lays out a fresh set of tools.
- 2. Shaping
Nails are cut and filed to the shape you want, before soaking.
- 3. Soak & Cuticle Care
A warm soak softens the skin, then cuticles are gently eased back.
- 4. Scrub, Massage & Polish
A scrub lifts dry skin, a massage follows, and polish goes on if you want it.
