Procedure
How the appointment actually runs.
- 1. Setting Up
A clean sheet and towels go down, hair is tied back, and the kit is opened fresh.
- 2. Cleansing
Cleanser is worked upward from the base of the neck and lifted off with cotton.
- 3. Exfoliating & Massaging
A scrub lifts dull surface skin, then a long massage through face, neck and shoulders.
- 4. Mask, Tone, Moisturise
The pack is left to set, then removed, and the skin toned and moisturised to finish.

Avoid This
- Makeup for a few hours, while the pores settle
- Scrubs, retinoids and acid-based products for a couple of days
- Direct sun without protection for the rest of the day
- Steam, saunas and very hot water on the face for a day
Please Note
- A patch test is done before the first service if the kit contains actives
- Skin that is broken, sunburnt or actively breaking out will be left to settle instead
- Tell your stylist about retinoids, acids, recent waxing or any recent facial when you book
- A little pinkness afterwards is normal on facial skin and settles within the hour
- You will need a comfortable spot to lie back, a power point and access to water
